Montana attorneys must report compliance with the CLE requirement by May 15.
How Do I Report the CLE Credits That I Have Earned?
BARBRI reports credit for Montana attorneys. Montana attorneys may also email copies of certificates of attendance or participation to cle@montanabar.org throughout the year. After the reporting cycle ends on March 31, attorneys will receive a transcript of all CLE credits that have been posted over the past year. Attorneys can use the form to make any changes and only need to return it to the Montana CLE commission by May 15 if there are changes to be made.
