You may take a BARBRI Bar Review course, for the same state, online, the next time the exam is offered. Terms and conditions apply for each tier.

Hard Copy Material Options for BARBRI Bar Review Premium and Elite Students
With the BARBRI Bar Review Guarantee course for Premium and Elite, students are entitled to a new lecture handout book. The BARBRI Bar Review Guarantee course does not include any upgrades, including supplements or a second set of hard copy materials.
When enrolling in your Guarantee course:
If the same edition of hard copy materials is being used for your Bar Review Guarantee course as used in your original course, you may elect to not order a new, full set of hard copy materials. If you wish to receive a new set of books, you can elect to pay a $250 refundable book deposit, plus shipping and handling fees, during your Bar Review Guarantee enrollment and a new set of books will be shipped to you.
- If a new edition of hard copy materials has been released before your Bar Review Guarantee course, you will be required to order a new hard copy set of materials. You’ll pay a $250 refundable book deposit, plus shipping and handling fees, during your Bar Review Guarantee enrollment and the new edition books will be shipped to you.
- Returning your BARBRI hard copy materials for your original and / or your Guarantee course is always optional; however, you must return them by the specified postmarked date to receive any material deposit refund that you paid at the time of each course enrollment, if applicable. If you choose to keep your books from your original course and / or your BARBRI Bar Review Guarantee course, please be aware that you are forfeiting any applicable refundable materials deposit paid during enrollment.
Materials can be returned in any condition, along with the completed Material Return Form included with the materials, all in one package. The package must be postmarked.
